BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :

S-eOtion 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall`meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 26th day of May, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract and estimate of
cost for Janitorial Services Contract for City Hall, Carnegie
Annex, Police Training Center and Memorial Hall, in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2009 .
