cWHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
4 Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file
sped Eications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , for the
edia. e of Four (4) Galvanized Mast Arm Poles for Traffic
Scignals, Easton & Hammond Traffic Safety Improvements, CS-TSF-
s-155-(702)-85-07 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
.\specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
saidkpecifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , and
the COA.Incil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contrkct, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2009 .
