IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall-_meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of_ Wa€eloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p .m. on the 11th day of May, 2009, for
thecjp,14ose of considering and acting upon the Amendment to the
FY20.09 Consolidated Plan One-Year Action Plan for U. S . Department
Of Housing and Urban Development in order to reallocate funds to
other projects .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2009 .
