os -�� RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
WITH UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD AND DIRECTING
o s EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
a that the Right of Entry Agreement dated May 11, 2009, to use city
, property at the end of East 7th Street for repairs to the
4-railroad bridge, by and between Union Pacific Railroad and the
