AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN ROSE
HILL REPLAT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of the twenty (20) foot alley lying north of
the south line of Lot 1, Block 1, Rose Hill Replat extending
westerly, and south of the north line of Lot 1, Block 1,
Rose Hill Replat extending westerly, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
