AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EIGHT FOOT
PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH LOT
LINE OF 1633 GOLDEN VALLEY DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The northerly three (3) feet of the southerly eight (8)
feet, except the westerly eight (8) feet of Lot 6,
Greenbrier Fourth Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
