AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE EAST LOT LINE OF 1215 MAXINE
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The westerly five (5) feet of the easterly eight (8) feet,
except the southerly eight (8) feet of Lot 18, Zelmar
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
