RESOLUTION NO. 2019-614
RESOLUTION APPROVING FISCAL SPONSORSHIP
AGREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY
FOUNDATION IN SUPPORT OF THE WATERLOO YOUTH
CITY COUNCIL, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2019-
550.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement dated August 19, 2019, between the Waterloo
Community Foundation and the City of Waterloo, in support of the Waterloo Youth City
Council, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2019-550 is hereby rescinded in its
entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 2019.
