RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON A PARKING AGREEMENT
WITH LEDERMAN BROS. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
COMPANY, LLC TO LEASE 8 CITY-OWNED PARKING
SPACES LOCATED ADJACENT TO 403-405 JEFFERSON
STREET, AND FOR THE CITY TO LEASE 8 PARKING
SPACES OWNED BY LEDERMAN BROS . PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC LOCATED ADJACENT TO
403-405.., JEFFERSON STREET, AS JANUARY 25,
2016, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN, HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY' HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 25th day of January,
2016, for the. purpose of considering and acting upon a Parking
Agreement with Lederman Bros . Property Management Company, LLC,
to lease 8 City-owned parking spaces located adjacent to 403-405
Jefferson Street, and for the City to lease 8 parking spaces
owned by Lederman Bros . Property Management Company, LLC, located
adjacent to 403-405 Jefferson Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 2016.
