RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM HELEN CLARK ON
SEPTEMBER 28, 2019 FROM 6:00 P.M. TO 11:00 P.M., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH A BIRTHDAY PARTY TO BE HELD
AT 214 BLOWERS AVENUE, INCLUDING A LIVE D.J. WITH
MUSIC.
WHEREAS, Helen Clark is requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on September
28, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., to be held at 214 Blowers Avenue, in conjunction with a
birthday party, including a live D.J. with music, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Helen Clark for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094,
Noise Ordinance, in conjunction with a birthday party to be held at 214 Blowers Avenue,
September 28, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., including a live D.J. with music, be hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 2019.
