RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF ANDREW
ROBESON, ON BEHALF OF KINGS AND QUEENS, 304 W. 4TH
STREET, TO CLOSE THE ALLEY BEHIND THE BUSINESS
FROM 7:00 P.M. TO 1:00 A.M. BEGINNING AUGUST 22, 2019
THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 2019, TO HOLD A WEEKLY
"CORN HOLE"BAGS LEAGUE.
WHEREAS, Andrew Robeson, on behalf of Kings and Queens, has requested to close the
alley behind said business, located at 304 W. 4th Street, from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. beginning
August 22, 2019 through October 31, 2019, to hold a weekly"Corn Hole"bags league.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Andrew Robeson, on behalf of Kings and Queens, to
close the alley behind said business, located at 304 W. 4th Street, from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.,
beginning August 22, 2019 through October 31, 2019,to hold a weekly"Corn Hole"bags league,
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 2019.
