RESOLUTION NO. 2019-629
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A LOCAL FIRE PROTECTION
AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES GRANT, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $7,888.99, FOR FIREWORKS AND SAFETY
EDUCATION PROGRAMMING AND TRAINING, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Local Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Grant dated August 19, 2019, in
the amount of$7,888.99, for fireworks and safety education programming and training, is hereby
accepted, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 2019.
