RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
RITLAND+KUIPER LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE LINCOLN PARK RENOVATION
PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,920, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement, originally approve on August 29,
2017, between Ritland+Kuiper Landscape Architects and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of$12,920, in conjunction with the Lincoln Park Renovation Project, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 2019.
