RESOLUTION NO. 2019-634
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF DES MOINES,
IOWA, ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON APRIL 16, 2019, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $6,800, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE UPTON AVENUE DETENTION BASIN
DESIGN, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement, originally approved
on April 16, 2019, between Stanley Consultants, Inc., of Des Moines, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $6,800, in conjunction with the Upton Avenue
Detention Basin Design, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 2019.
