RESOLUTION NO. 2019-638
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH REG DREW INVESTMENTS, LLC, FOR
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 139 CLARK STREET, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Development Agreement dated August 19, 2019, between Reg Drew Investments, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a 2,500 square foot commercial building
and related parking, landscaping, and other improvements to the buildings and grounds, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
