he-retbtore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of

3ringoles for Traffic Signals, Easton & Hammond Traffic Safety

Watrei1eo, Iowa, and

THEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
said --preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc-, for the Purchase of Four (4) Galvanized Mast Arm Poles for
Traffic Signals, Easton & Hammond Traffic Safety Improvements,
Contract No. CS-TSF-8155 (702)-85-07, which were preliminarily
approved on May 4 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 18 ,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of Four (4) Galvanized
Mast Arm Poles for Traffic Signals, Easton & Hammond Traffic
Safety Improvements, Contract No. CS-TSF-8155 (702)-85-07, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 2009 .
