c ; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-tkat the application dated May 18 , 2009, for a 2009 Assistance to
'ir®fighters grant in the amount of $203 , 475 . 00 , with 20 percent
as' ired local match, to be used to purchase 31 SCBAs, 69 face
,`pees and related equipment, by and between the U. S . Department
of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
