DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

(rj BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
^tat the agreement dated May 18 , 2009, at a cost of $182 , 000 . 00 ,
'f&r' construction related engineering services for the
R6habilitation of Runway 18-36 at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
N y and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 2009 .
