rriH� RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
N X s DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
HEXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the agreement dated May 18 , 2009, for funding in the amount
`n- $62 , 000 . 00 , with 20 percent required local match, for Traffic
Safety Awareness Campaign, by and between Iowa Department of
ansportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
`hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 2009 .
