s WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
9-Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
4 contrt and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the F.Y.
2009- 15_. S . 63/U. S . 218 Interchange Area, Contract No. 757, in the
CityWaterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
conidered the same .
^•NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATtP.L00, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
anc-11 preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
here y preliminarily approved.
