RREAS, the City Council previously instructed the

De stent, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specsfications, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
