'Ticc "WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance

doaument for the Janitorial Services Contract for City Hall,

did, 4ile said Request for Proposals document for the Janitorial

and Memorial Hall, which were preliminarily approved on

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 26,
2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposals document for the
Janitorial Services Contract for City Hall, Carnegie Annex,
Police Training Center and Memorial Hall, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 2009 .
