ft-i `' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c he' fore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
A . s-trator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bic .F-document, form of contract, etc . , for Carpet Replacement for
H1 an`_ Resources Office and Carpet and Tile Replacement for Second
FT or` of City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
}REAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did n,1e said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , for Carpet Replacement for Human Resources Office
and CaIpet and Tile Replacement for Second Floor of City Hall,
which-"W6re preliminarily approved on May 4 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 26,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for Carpet Replacement for Human
Resources Office and Carpet and Tile Replacement for Second Floor
of City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 2009 .
