O O s CARPET AND TILE REPLACEMENT FOR SECOND FLOOR
OF CITY HALL.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No . 2009-470, specifications, bid
' document, form of contract, etc . , for Carpet Replacement for
Human Resources Office and Carpet and Tile Replacement for Second
Floor of City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
apppved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
by.,statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
approved.
