ti BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
�' that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated May 26, 2009, at a cost

with the Commercial Street Parking Ramp Repair, by and between
AEQOM Technical Services, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
