RESOLUTION NO. 2009-475
RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY
AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Easement and Right-of-Way Agreement dated May 26, 2009,
for the cul-de-sac located in the 200 block of Spieker Road for
street purposes, by and between the Waterloo Community School
District and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 2009 .
