' that amendment No. 2 dated May 26 , 2009, at a cost of $18 , 000 . 00 ,
for-additional surveying and design engineering services in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2009 East 6th Street Storm Pump Station
Improvements, Contract No. 716 , by and between Wayne Claassen
Engineering and Surveying Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Wa-terloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
an-d--"City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City-: of Waterloo, Iowa.
