that the Notice of Intent for NPDES Coverage Under General Permit
dated May 26 , 2009 , for storm water discharges in conjunction
w with the F.Y. 2010 New Road Off Airline Highway, Contract No .
767ry and between Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
