BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 1, 2009, for Traffic Safety
c` Improvement Funding in the amount of $101, 000 . 00 , with no
required city match, for improvements at Williston/18th and
2 /Washington, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation
andC the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of June, 2009 .
