c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
°' that the contract dated June 1, 2009, in the amount of
• $1 -987 . 78 , for the Purchase of Four (4) Galvanized Mast Arm
Pae-S for Traffic Signals in conjunction with Easton Avenue and
HaafiTnond Avenue Traffic Safety Improvements, Contract No. CS-TSF-
81'S--(702)-85-07, by and between Crescent Electric Supply Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 2009 .
