Q WITH U. S . ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND
o H s DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

F BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that. the Cooperative Agreement dated June 1, 2009, for a
ti Brownfield Cleanup Grant in the amount of $200, 000 . 00 , with
required $40 , 000 . 00 city match, for the Waterloo Chamberlain Site
Cleanup Project, by and between the U. S . Environmental Protection
Agency and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
