AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE OF LOTS 81 AND
82, HEARTLAND HILLS SECOND ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The easterly two feet of the westerly five feet of Lots 81
and 82, except the southerly eight (8) feet of Lot 81 and
82, except the southerly eight (8) feet of Lot 81 and the
northerly eight (8) feet of Lot 82, Heartland Hills Second
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
