AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE TWENTY FOOT PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT RUNNING NORTH -SOUTH IN THE AIRLINE -BURTON
INDUSTRIAL PARK, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The easterly ten (10) feet of Lots 15, 20, 21 and 24, and
the westerly ten (10) feet of Lots 16, 19, 22 and 23,
Airline -Burton Industrial Park, in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
