AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 26 TO SECTION 2A -7N,
CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 25, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Twenty-six (26).
"26.
Lot 13, Block 4, Conger Park, all in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Family Residential District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C -Z" Conditional Zoning as above described, subject to the
condition that no equipment be stored outside of buildings."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
