AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (121) LOCUST ST. AND THIRD
ST. (W) OF SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL
TRAFFIC -CONTROL DEVICES; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (72) LOCUST STREET AND
SUBSECTION (125) THIRD ST. (W) OF SECTION 543,
THRU STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW
SUBSECTION (72) LOCUST STREET AND SUBSECTION (125)
THIRD ST. (W) OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (121) Locust St. and Third St. (W) of
Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic -Control Devices,
of the 1988 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
That Subsection (72) Locust Street and Subsection (125)
Third St. (W) of Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 1988
Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their entirety; that
new Subsection (72) Locust Street and Subsection (125) Third
St. (W) of Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 1988 Traffic
Code, are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
