AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 27 TO SECTION 2A -7N,
CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 26, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Twenty-seven (27).
"27.
Lot 156, except the North 110 feet and the North 115.9 feet
of the East 227.32 feet of Lot 155, all in Granger's Second
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple
Family Residential District to "C -Z" Conditional Zoning, as above
described, subject to the condition that no sales of gasoline or
alcohol, no auto service or car wash facility, and no convenience
stores or adult book stores will be established on the site,
subject to the site plan on file in the office of the
Clerk/Auditor, which designates a 30 foot pole sign (no wall or
roof signs allowed), landscaping provisions as designated in
Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, City Zoning Ordinance, and
parking stalls."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
