AN ORDINANCE VACATING THREE FEET OF THE EIGHT FOOT
PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE WEST LOT
LINE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1539 ORIOLE AVENUE IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The easterly three (3) feet of the westerly eight (8) feet,
except the southerly eight (8) feet of Lot 27, Bronson
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
