AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ADJOINING PROPERTY
AT 930 KINGSLEY AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalk:
The 47.5 foot long sidewalk adjoining the south side of Lot
9, Block 8 of Woodlawn Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
