AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY JDDING SUBSECTION NO. 28 TO SECTION 2A -7N,
CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 27, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Twenty-eight (28).
"28.
East 82 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Baltimore Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residential District to "C -Z" Conditional Zoning as
above described, subject to the condition that there be no
outside employees."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
