BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described unimproved portion of Ogden Avenue between Dearborn Avenue and Cottage Grove Avenue: That part of Ogden Avenue lying north of the north line of Dearborn Avenue and south of the south line of Cottage Grove Avenue in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above the following described property: The east 25 feet of that portion of Ogden Avenue lying north of the north line of Dearborn Avenue and south of the south line of Cottage Grove Avenue, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
