AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
AMENDED, SECTION 2A-20 PART A, PRINCIPAL
USES, BY ADDING A RECORDING STUDIO AS A
USE IN A "R-4" MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
WATERLOO, IOWA:

CITY OF
Section 1. That Section 2A-20, Part A, Principal
Permitted Uses, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding recording studios as a permitted
use in a "R-4" Multiple Family Residence District, be and
the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County.
