AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF WEST THIRTEENTH AND
WEST FOURTEENTH STREETS NORTH OF BLACK HAWK STREET AND
THE PORTION OF RIVER STREET FROM WEST FOURTEENTH TO
WEST FIFTEENTH STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described street rights-of-way:
All that part of West Thirteenth Street in Anthony Bakers
Addition commencing at the northeasterly right-of-way line
of Black Hawk Street thence northeasterly to dike.
Right-of-way being 80 feet in even width,
and also
All that part of West Fourteenth Street between Anthony
Bakers Addition and Hayes Addition commencing at the
right-of-way line of Black Hawk Street thence northeasterly
to the northeasterly right-of-way line of River Street.
Right-of-way being 80 feet in even width,
and also
All that part of River Street from easterly right-of-way of
West Fourteenth Street to westerly right-of-way of West
Fifteenth Street. This right-of-way being 49.5 feet in
width, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated,. subject to a permanent
utility easement located over, under and above the following
described property:
The West 1/2 (40 feet) of the 80 foot right-of-way of West
13th Street (vacated) from Black Hawk Street right-of-way to
dike, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
and also
The East 1/2 (40 feet) of the 80 foot right-of-way of West
14th Street (vacated) from Black Hawk Street right-of-way to
the northeasterly right-of-way line of River Street, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
