AN ORDINANCE VACATING 14 FEET OF SIDEWALK ADJOINING THE
WEST SIDE OF PROPERTY AT 1230 AVON AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalk:
The northerly 14 feet of the southerly 26 feet long
adjoining the west side of 1230 Avon Avenue, all in
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
