Commencing at the Southwest corner of Tract H, Cedar Crest,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, thence N 00°00'00" E
along the West line of said Tract H a distance of 41.40 feet
to the point of beginning; thence S 89°00'00" W a distance
of 10.00 feet; thence N 00°00'00" E a distance of 19.16
E-1 feet; thence S 80°1330" E a distance of 91.34 feet; thence
S 00°0000" W a distance of 2.00 feet; thence S 89°0000" W
a distance of 80.00 feet to the point of beginning, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
