AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SECTION 558, 30 MINUTE PARKING; AND BY
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 558, 30
MINUTE PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 558, 30 Minute Parking, of the 1988
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed; that a new Section 558, 30
Minute Parking, of the 1988 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows:
Sec. 558. 30 MINUTE PARKING.
When signs are erected in each block or portion thereof
affected, giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle for
longer than 30 minutes at any time within the district and
upon any of the streets or portions thereof as named herein:
(1) High Street
(2) Westfield Avenue
