AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 260 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section
amended, be further amended by
of said Section, the following
(260).
"260.
2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
adding after Subsection No. 259,
Subsection No. two hundred sixty
Unplatted Waterloo East Section 15, Township 89, Range 13.
Commencing at a point on the west right of way line on Cedar
Bend Street that is 180 feet north of the north line of Lot
G in Cedar Dale Addition extended westerly, thence west
160.62 feet to the point of beginning; thence deflecting
right at an angle of 57 degrees, 06 minutes, 30 seconds a
distance of 69.45 feet, thence deflecting left at an angle
of 12 degrees, 12 minutes a distance of 212.21 feet, thence
westerly to a point that is 417 feet west of a point on the
west right of way line of Cedar Bend Street which is 402.09
feet north of the intersections of the north line of said
Lot G extended west to the west right of way line of Cedar
Bend Street, thence north along a line that is parallel with
the west right of way line of Cedar Bend Street a distance
of 217.91 feet, thence east 167 feet, thence north 1.00 feet,
thence east 250 feet to the west right of way line of Cedar
Bend Street, thence south along the .•3e <t ri r*ht of way line
of Cedar Bend Street a distance of 781.37 feet to a point
that is 61.37 feet south of the north line of said Lot G
extended westerly, thence west 106.62 feet, thence northerly
to a point that is 174.51 feet west and 60 feet north of the
northwest corner of Lot G in Cedar Dale Addition, thence
northerly a distance of 41.96 feet, thence northwesterly
92.97 feet to the point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "U-1"
Unclassified District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District, as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
