AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE PLATTED EASEMENT
LOCATED AT 1922 MAYNARD AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The easterly one (1) foot of the platted easement along the
westerly side of Lot 11, Spier Addition, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
