RESOLUTION NO. 2019-641
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS OCTOBER 3, 2019 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS OCTOBER 7, 2019, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE DRY RUN CREEK INTERCEPTOR, CONTRACT
NO. 877, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Dry Run Creek Interceptor, Contract No. 877, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the Dry Run Creek Interceptor,
Contract No. 877, be scheduled for October 3, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of October
2019, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the Dry Run Creek Interceptor, Contract
No. 877.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
