RESOLUTION APPROVING A CRIME PREVENTION AND DE-
ESCALATION TRAINING GRANT APPLICATION, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $14,000 WITH NO CITY MATCH, TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE/ PROJECT SAFE
NEIGHBORHOODS PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Department of Justice/Project Safe Neighborhoods Program Grant application, dated
August 26, 2019, in the amount of $14,000 with no required City match, in conjunction with
Crime Prevention and De-escalation Training, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August 2019.
