RESOLUTION NO. 2019-648
RESOLUTION APPROVING BROKERAGE FEE AGREEMENT
WITH FISCHELS COMMERCIAL GROUP, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $6,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SALE OF
PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
COMMERCIAL STREET AND WEST 13TH STREET FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW DATA CENTERS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Brokerage Fee Agreement, dated August 26, 2019, between Fischels Commercial Group
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$6,000, in conjunction with the sale of property
at the southwest corner of Commercial Street and West 13th Street, for the development of new
data centers, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2019.
